Our factory has a 5-storey building covering an area of 10,000 square meters. We have 8 production lines, 200 skilled workers, 3 engineers, 6 QC and 10 professionals, we pay great attention to quality control, we have IQC, IPQC, PSI process before delivery.
Our factories have passed SEDEX Member Enterprise Audit (SMETA) and audits by L’Oreal, Disney, and Coca-Cola.
In-house design:
Our in-house design provide suggestions about latest trends, new technical and new materials. We provide new designs quarterly.
Sample development:
Our R&D team can arrange the sample rapidly and accurately according to artworks and ideas. We could support Salesman samples also
Shipping and export:
Trade terms on FOB, CNF and DDP etc with sea/air shipment,sea-air shipment, express shipment is available to any destinations of world.
Quality control:
Our QC team carries out the necessary inspection from material supplying to finished products to make sure the mass production quality. Our Quality standard:

Strict control for substances of Very High Concern:
We are working with suppliers to identify and eliminate substances of very high concern and other dangerous chemicals from our products. We apply to Reach for European market and CA65 for US market.
Quality Control：
Our QC team carries out the necessary inspection (IQC-IPQC-FQC-OQC)from material supplying to finished products to make sure the mass production quality which is the same as PPS.

We cooperated with third party company for limited of chemicals tests.
We Promise:
The General Products Safety Directives– basically,by law,we have to supply and delivery a safe product.We work closely with suppliers on design and testing to meet this requirement.
Labelling Directives – we must label all products in accordance with the Directives.
Banned and Restricted Substances – our products will not contain any of the chemicals which have been banned or restricted by law. The majority of these are listed under the REACH regulations but suppliers must be aware of any additional chemicals banned or restricted in the country of final destination.
REACH – Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals – we are working with suppliers to identify and eliminate substances of very high concern and other dangerous chemicals from our products. A list of Substances of Very High Concern is included.
